Customer Service, Shipping & Returns
We are shipping UPS Ground domestically unless otherwise noted or requested by our customers.
If PO BOX address is provided then we are required to ship via Insured US Post Office.
Occasionally additional shipping fees might be required due to oversize or overweight packages. Automated shipping systems sometimes they can't accurately calculate international shipping costs so please contact us for more details if needed.
We want you to be stoked with your new purchase. If for any reason this is not the case please contact us via phone or email and we will be happy to assist / address your case. Returns are accepted only for unused items within 30 days of their day of purchase. Products need to be returned with an RMA # clearly noted on the outside of the box. We won't be able to process returns w/out the RMA # clearly noted on the outside of the box. Products need to be on their original packaging, original form, with all tags, manuals, wrapping etc be attached to the product(s) as originally shipped. Product needs to be unused. If product is a kite or bar/lines it should not be unfolded, pumped, etc. It will not be accepted as a new item if any of the above conditions are not met.
A restocking fee of 40% will be applicable if original packing, tags, manuals, labels etc are not available. You are responsible for return shipping charges on returns. If products were purchased with a free shipping promotion, original shipping fees will be assessed upon return.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, and we try our best to ship out orders the same day as long as they are placed before 2pm.
